  • Control - At the end of each phase, Greentree provides a specific work product that was explicitly identified as the phase objective. We do not proceed to the next phase until you have approved this deliverable, which gives you a high-level of control over the engagement.
  • Visibility - Greentree's frequent contact with you and our delivery of intermediate versions for your review and comment make it easy for you to gauge the progress and quality of the project. Status reports are sent frequently during the project cycle.
  • Accuracy - Each phase of a project is separately billed upon your acceptance of the previously agreed upon deliverable, which facilitates a more accurate projection of final costs.
